1. Services
Bectify LLC provides AI-powered lead capture, voice automation, and CRM workflow services for local service businesses.
2. Payment
Monthly fees are charged in advance. Setup fees are charged at signing. Partial month refunds are not issued.
3. SMS Communications
By engaging with Bectify's services, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Privacy Policy: https://bectify.com/privacy
4. Data Ownership
All lead data, conversation logs, and attribution data belongs to you. You may request a full export at any time, delivered within one business hour of request.
5. Cancellation
Cancel at any time by contacting portal@bectify.com. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
