Switch between businesses
One login can belong to several businesses. Everything in the app shows the business you have selected.
- Tap the account button at the top of the screen, or open More and tap Switch next to your business.
- In Switch account, tap the business you want. A message confirms which one you switched to.
- Each business shows its own count of unread items. The count on the other businesses tells you where something is waiting.
- Notifications are set per business. Open More, then Notifications, to choose the events for the business you are on.
Still stuck?
Contact support and include your Diagnostics ID. In the app: More, tap the Diagnostics ID at the bottom to copy it. It lets support see your app version, platform and notification status without asking for anything private.
